Registration & Payment
To register, click the relevant button above and pay your deposit or full payment for your choice of single or shared accommodations.
Once your registration and payment is received, we will send a confirmation email along with a link to our Retreat Portal where you'll find a detailed itinerary, packing list, payment links and more.
You will also be invited to our private WhatsApp group for those attending this retreat.
Payments & Book Flights
Unless you have paid in full, your second payment of $1235 ($1390 for single room) is due by August 30, 2024.
If you haven't already purchased your plane tickets, we recommend you do so.
Your third payment of $1235 ($1390 for single room) is due on November 15, 2024.
We will send a reminder email with a payment link prior to each due date.
Time to Get Excited
Unless you have paid in full, your final payment of $1235 ($1390 for single room) is due by January 15, 2025.
If you registered by June 30th, your Early Bird discount of $300 is applied to this final payment.
Be sure to read over our recommended packing list carefully so you don't forget anything.

The Fine Print
Cancellation Policy {IMPORTANT}
Your deposit of $825 {or $875 for single} is non-refundable.
Cancellations received anytime after November 30, 2024 result in a loss of 50% of the total retreat cost. {Note: Any early-bird discount becomes non-applicable in the event of cancellation.}
Any cancellations received after January 31, 2025 will result in a 100% loss of the total retreat cost. {Note: Any early-bird discount becomes non-applicable in the event of cancellation.}
Please note that cancellations must be received in writing.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip in the event that we do not meet the retreat minimum. In the event the retreat is cancelled by us, all money paid will be fully refunded.
Trip Cancellation Insurance
Given the current situation of an uncertain world, we highly recommend travel insurance in case of any last minute changes on your end, or natural disasters of any kind that would prevent you from traveling.
In the case of natural disasters or other events outside of either of our control, we will attempt to provide refunds as much as possible. However, very often, the reserved venues in foreign countries are not able to refund us. Therefore, we can not guarantee refunds in such an event.

Late Payment Policy
If you have elected a payment plan, please note that any late payment will incur a $50 late fee and the forfeiture of any early-bird discount.
