Have you ever wondered if Body Sovereignty is something you need to earn?

Preposterous! I once thought. I assumed it was a natural right and a given, in a it's my body and I'll choose what's best for us kinda way.

But then the world changed.

Early 2021, when the rights and liberties to our bodies were being challenged for reals, I revisited my beliefs around the right to body sovereignty. Mostly because I was getting upset by the likely scenario of humankind being socially, psychologically and financially forced into an unprecedented global medical experiment against the will of many.

And I know that when I'm triggered by something seemingly outside of myself, the best place to go is within. Because there's always gold hidden beneath an upset, and I don't like ripping myself off anymore!

As a result, I was happily and willingly inaugurated into a journey about true body sovereignty.

And what an epic ride it was! I moved beyond a chronic ongoing health issues {yay!} and got taken like Ebenezer Scrooge all the way back to my childhood church... to see where this all stemmed from. It ended with a surprise curveball in the form of a gift from my maternal ancestral line, who imparted on me everything I need to prepare myself for this time. Thanks ladies!

It was a highly empowering experience where I gained some amazing body wisdom, so I wrote a story about it, naturally ;) And I believe this story has the potential to empower and activate you into taking full responsibility for your body sovereignty and how you experience this in the world - regardless of what's happening 'out there', because you can powerfully influence your reality when you first address the reality within.

As you move through the story my wish is that you will either discover or reaffirm that true body sovereignty starts with you! Embodying this is a genuine step forward in taking back your power, if you've unknowingly delegated this to family members, health professionals, so-called experts or authorities in the past.

My journey impacted so many loved ones that I wanted to share this with you too. It's actually one of the reasons I began the Streaming Wisdom Podcast - some of my friends are not big readers and asked me to turn the Medium article into audio format. So here we are!
